Who is Icing On The Cookie?
Icing On the Cookie offers premium cookie designs for every occasion with rich and unique icing colors we create to match your decor. Our cookie favors are individually wrapped in clear wrapping and tied with ribbon to complement your event color(s). Our homemade cookie recipes currently come in two flavors: Original or Chocolate. Our Original cookie takes the sugar cookie to another level with a zest of orange.

Our business began by word of mouth servicing the Southern California area by offering custom cookie designs for various events and holidays. Most recently we have had an influx in orders servicing primarily for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, and wedding showers though we have cookie designs to cater most any occasion or event.

Is there a Minimum Order requirement?
There is a minimum of two dozen cookies per cookie style on any order.

How far in advance do I need to place an order?
We ask that you provide us with a minimum of two weeks lead time prior to your event. Orders placed with less than two weeks lead time will be considered a “rush order”.

Do you accept rush orders?
Yes. But since we bake and ice our cookies to order, we must evaluate on an order-by-order basis taking prior reservations into consideration. Please contact us as soon as possible to see if we can accommodate your delivery date.

Can I taste a cookie in advance of ordering?
Yes. We do not have a store front where our cookies can be tasted but we do offer to mail samples for $10.00 for 2 cookies. This cost includes two sample cookies, shipping and handling. Samples are mailed within a week of request and the design will be from whatever order we are fulfilling at the time.

What types of payment do you accept?
The safest, fastest payment process is PayPal. We also accept personal check or money order. If paying by check, your order will be held for 5-10 days until the check clears the bank. Please plan accordingly.

Can I Make a Special Request?
We typically engage with any new customer by identifying the event or occasion for which the cookie favors would be used. We like to know if there is a theme or color scheme. Our homemade icing can then be custom made to match the color(s) of your event at no additional charge. From here, we provide sample designs and drive towards a desired product.
